- Erik Archilla | read bio
- Erik Archilla (Festival Producer) is proud to be an ensemble member of Second Thought since it's founding. Erik graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baylor University with a BFA in Theatre Performance. His Second Thought credits include: Silvio in PVT. Wars; Steven in The Line; Charlie in Summer Everning in Des Moines; and Phillip in Orphans. Some of his other credits are: Tiny Tim in Mrs. Bob Cratchett's Wild Christmas Binge, Richardson Theatre Center; Linus in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Theatre Three; and Dromio of Syracuse in Comedy of Errors, Dallas Shakespeare Festival. Erik currently teaches at the Richardson High School Theatre Magnet, and at Dallas Children's Theatre. Erik is also a member of White Rock Pollution, a sketch comedy and improve troupe that performs at the Bath House Cultural Center. He has done voice over work for Funimation, OcraTron 5000, and commercial radio. Erik is represented by Kim Dawson Agency.

- Stew Awalt (Business Manager, Co-Artistic Director) is a DFW native. Stew graduated from Baylor University in 2005 with a BFA in Theatre Arts Design. He has been stage managing professionally in Dallas since 2004, working for such companies as Shakespeare Dallas, Kitchen Dog Theater, and Underman Theater, and of course- Second Thought Theatre. Stew is proud to have been able to call STT his home since its inaugural Anton in Show Business in 2004, stage managing for the infant company. Since then, Stew has stage managed and executed several scenic and audio designs for productions such as The Glory of Living, the Caucasian Chalk Circle and Lobby Hero. In 2006, Stew joined the Executive Ensemble as Production Manager. Stew is very excited to fill the role of Business Manager and to continue making art with the newest incarnation of STT's Executive Ensemble. When he grows up, Stew would like to be a caterpillar or a fire truck.
- Jason Driggers | read bio
- Jason is a graduate of the Texas State University Theatre Department - with a BFA in Directing. As Director / Assistant Director, Jason worked on several shows with Plano Repertory Theatre including Amadeus, The Underpants, and Aladdin. For STT Jason recently directed Pvt. Wars that was featured in the Out of the Loop Festival. As a Lighting Designer, Jason has worked all over town, designing productions for Second Thought Theatre, Contemporary Theatre of Dallas, Uptown Players, Watertower Theatre, and Plano Repertory Theatre, Repertory Company Theatre, and Garland Civic Theatre. Jason's local acting credits include The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas at Dallas Contemporary Theatre, and Cinderella at Plano Repertory Theatre. Jason has also been seen in many plays across Texas and the southwest. Some of his favorite roles were Horatio in Hamlet, the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz, and Motel in Fiddler on the Roof. Jason has also been involved in the construction side of things working as the Scene Shop Foreman at Watertower Theatre for 2 seasons, and as a freelance artist, Jason has built sets for live theatre, corporate events, and TV / film. "I'm excited about the future of theatre in Dallas, and more importantly, the future of Second Thought Theatre. - Anastasia is a new producing partner in the executive ensemble of Second Thought Theatre. She attended the University of Alabama, received a BA in Theatre Arts, and has returned to the home to Dallas. Local acting credits include Eurydice (Eurydice) and Analiese (The Snow Queen) with Undermain Theatre; Topeka and Vladimir (Coppertone II: The Pope of Chilitown) with The Ochre House; Kate Keller (The Miracle Worker), Maya and Uyuylala (The Neverending Story), Dr. Aleasha Kibble (Pinkerton!!!) with the Dallas Children's Theater, Lucrece (Lucrece) with Vox Effect; Feste (Twelfth Night) with Theatre Fusion; Deirdre (I Hate Hamlet) with Labyrinth Theater; Babette ([sic]) at the Out of the Loop Festival 2009; Venus and Thoth (The Secret War) with Firebomb Productions; Elsie (Dreams of the Washer King), Tessie (Seamless), Hanna (Skin in Flames) with Kitchen Dog Theater's New Works Festival; Lavinia (Titus Andronicus) and Lucy (The Rivals) with Shakespeare Dallas Unplugged. She also lends her vocal skills at FUNimation studios. She assistant directed As You Like It, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Much Ado About Nothing for Junior Players and Little Light for Second Thought. She costume designed Some Girl(s), Collected Stories, and The Country Wife for Second Thought Theatre. She stage managed The Glory of Living also for Second Thought. She also dabbles as a choreographer every once in a while. She is ecstatic about making theatre happen in North Texas!

- Drew (Production Manager, Executive Ensemble) is so excited about his role as a Producing Partner and member of the Executive Ensemble for Second Thought Theatre. He has been acting and working with the company since his return to Dallas in 2007. Past roles onstage with STT include Mairtin Hanlon in A Skull in Connemara, Jeff in Lobby Hero, and Dorilant in The Country Wife. Other Dallas credits include Warren in This Is Our Youth (Upstart Productions), Peter Simple in The Merry Wives of Windsor, TX (Shakespeare Dallas), PFC Evan Davis in Defiance (Theatre Three), Van in Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead (Inevitable Theatre Company) and various roles in The Secret War (Firebomb Productions). He has also been fortunate enough to work with The Ensemble Studio Theatre in New York and Queen Mary University in London. When not acting, Drew is a freelance Welder, Carpenter and Properties Artisan. He has designed props for multiple Second Thought shows including Collected Stories, A Skull in Connemara, and Some Girl(s). He was also the Technical Director and Master Carpenter for Some Girl(s). Other Dallas freelance companies include Shakespeare Dallas, The Dallas Children's Theatre, GPO Theatrical, Contemporary Theatre Dallas, Richardson Community Theatre, Wingspan Theatre Company, Junior Players, and The Ochre House. Drew is an Equity Member Candidate of Actor's Equity, holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Baylor University, and represented by the Kim Dawson Agency. He would like to thank his family and friends for their constant love and support.
